- Does it use my number?
- Yes. You keep your existing number and simply forward the calls you cannot pick up. Callers still dial the number they already know for your business, and nothing about your listing changes.
- Does it book jobs?
- It takes the details and texts them to you, which is what most callers actually need. If you want it to book an appointment on your calendar, that is arranged separately — ask when you call the demo line.
- What if they ask for a person?
- It offers a callback or a transfer rather than pretending to be you. If someone insists on speaking to a person, that request is passed to you with the rest of the details.
- Is it a robot?
