AI PHONE ASSISTANT
An AI phone assistant for Landscapers
Spring enquiry season does not pause while you are on a mower. Missed calls become the neighbour’s job.
HEAR IT FOR YOURSELF BEFORE YOU SPEAK TO ANYONE
(313) 435-3692Call it now — it answers as a sample shop
It answers as “Sample Plumbing & Drain”, so you can hear exactly how it handles a real call before it ever touches your line.
When it earns its keep
- The spring clean-up enquiries that arrive all at once
- The project quote request while you are on site
- The customer who calls twice, gets voicemail and moves on
The assistant answers, takes the details and texts them to you. You still decide what happens next.
What it does
- Answers every call. Day, night, weekends and while you are on a job — no hold music, no phone tree.
- Captures the details. It gets the caller’s name, callback number and what they need.
- Texts you straight away. Every call lands in your phone as a text, so nothing waits for voicemail.
- Never misses the lead. The caller gets answered instead of dialling the next shop on the list.
What it does not do
- It does not quote prices or give estimates on your behalf.
- It does not promise a booking, a call-out time or a result.
- It does not make decisions for you — you approve everything, by phone or by text.
- It does not replace you: it takes the details and hands the job back to you.
